It is a social event where dancers from all over the world meet and have a wonderful time together in a family atmosphere. We all treat each other with love and respect. 

We will never have the idea of telling a dancer that you are not good enough to be in the HSM. So there is no selection process. First come, first served. 

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation for payment for your pass within 3 days. If we do not receive the bank transfer within these three working days, your name will automatically be removed from the HSM list and the reservation will be cancelled.

- If we receive money from you after this deadline without a new confirmation from us, we will transfer it back to you minus a 20% handling fee.

- We will send the confirmation at the latest one day after registration. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find a reply from us in your mailbox.

- We do not send reminders to pay.
